Terms of Service
Effective Date: 07/30/26
Welcome to [ridetofly.brick60.com] (the "Site"), operated by Brick60 ("Brick60," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About This Store
This Site is owned and operated by Brick60, a for-profit business. Brick60 covers all site management, maintenance, and operating costs for this collection. After those costs and production costs are covered, 100% of the remaining net profit from every sale is paid directly to RideToFly ("RTF"), a nonprofit partner. RTF does not operate this Site, process payments, or fulfill orders — Brick60 handles all storefront operations, customer service, and fulfillment.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are made to order via print-on-demand production. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display colors and details accurately, but slight variations between screen display and the finished product may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
4. Charitable Contribution Disclosure
Purchases made through this Site are retail purchases, not charitable donations, and are not tax-deductible. After production, site, and management costs are covered, 100% of remaining net profit from this collection is paid to RideToFly.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, and content on this Site are the property of Brick60 or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brick60 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
